PURPOSE
In the Communication and the Power of Feedback module, participants will learn communication styles and how to adapt their communication style to their conversation partner, communicating in an effective, supportive manner.
By adopting techniques for giving and receiving feedback, participants will enhance relationship building and their management of team members.
Clarity in communication is directly linked to increased efficiency.
