DESCRIPTION
The Conflict Management module provides insights into the nature, causes, and consequences of conflicts in the workplace, as well as tools and techniques for their successful resolution. Participants will be introduced to the main approaches to conflict: avoidance, management, resolution, transformation, and alignment.
PURPOSE
The main purpose of the Effective Conflict Management module is to equip participants to recognise, manage, and resolve conflicts in an efficient and constructive manner. Through insights into common ways of dealing with conflicts, participants will gain an understanding of the difference between a Growth Mindset and a Fixed Mindset, as well as various approaches to conflict depending on personal style and dominant mindset.
METHODS
This module combines lectures with practical examples, interactive workshops, group discussions, and role-playing. Participants will have the opportunity to apply the techniques learned through simulated scenarios to gain practical experience in resolving conflict situations.
