DESCRIPTION
The module covers strategies and techniques for forming and managing a successful team. Creating team synergy is one of the key responsibilities of anyone in a managerial position. A successful team consists of motivated members who engage in their work and achieve results. Employee satisfaction has a direct impact on performance and goal attainment, and a leader’s skill lies in knowing how to achieve this within their team.
PURPOSE
In the module “How to Build Successful Teams,” participants will learn how to define specific behaviours that team members will practice daily through shared team values. They will master key principles and techniques and receive concrete tools for building team synergy within their group. It is important to raise awareness of the responsibilities of the managerial role, as every manager should lead by example through their behaviour. A prerequisite for initiating initiatives to enhance team culture and collaboration is that all employees are actively engaged, so we will work with leaders on specific tools.
