The skill lies in recognising the motivation of potential employees as well as maintaining the motivation of existing ones.<\/p>\n<p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p>Successful management of motivation requires an understanding of people, their needs, and the motivations behind those needs.<\/p>\n<p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>PURPOSE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p>Through this module, participants will become aware of their own motivators in relation to those of their colleagues and distinguish between the need for a job and the motivators that drive action beyond expected limits.<br \/>Leadership style influences employee motivation, engagement, team connectivity, and business results.
